Shiny Pokeronpa is a long-term creative project of mine that I am making over on Instagram. It combines visual novel elements and takes inspiration from a popular game known as ‘Danganronpa’. This project has multiple entries, and currently has the reboot of the first ongoing. What will happen? Who will live? Who will die? I’m not telling, that’s most of the fun!

As part of many of my projects, I have to draw sprites for all of my characters. This includes a ‘neutral’ expression so that I can build off it and make more expressions.

I have a lot of characters, meaning I have a lot of sprites and lots of expressions!

Every year I challenge myself to draw a large group of my favourite characters, I start it on the 10th of December and finish on Christmas day. I give myself new prompts each year, and try my best to mix up what characters are together, so I can create more fun interactions within my drawings.

All of my ‘main’ characters have their own specific character art, to try and show off who they are and what they are interested in!

As one of my projects have a discord server, I have created stickers or ’emojis’ of each character that is in the project. These are just on discord, but could just as well fit as twitch emotes or physical stickers/badges!
